New warehouse and three storey office building for Belkin Components Ltd at Express Park in Rushden. We prepared a performance specification for the complete mechanical and electrical installations for this design and build project.

The Refinery Grooming Salons
The Refinery is a chain of gentlemen’s grooming salons. We designed the mechanical and electrical services for two of its central London premises in Mayfair and the City. The design included air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, water services, power and lighting. We worked closely with interior designers on this project to provide services that were both efficient and aesthetically pleasing. The resulting premises are attractive and comfortable.
Bedford Hospital South Wing, HDU and Theatre Ventilation
Design of complete services installation for four operating theatres and one high dependency unit. The project included design of a new plant room, containing 6 major air handling units, to serve the operating theatres, high dependency unit and ancillary areas. Services included two ultraclean orthopaedic theatre ventilation systems, chillers, medical gases, pneumatic tube system and BMS controls. The project also included designs for the relocation of the hospital’s main telephone exchange and laundry.
Edwinstree Middle School, Buntingford
A major extension for Edwinstree Middle School in Buntingford, Hertfordshire. We designed all the services for this project and supervised the installation on behalf of Hertfordshire Council. A simple and effective scheme created a pleasant teaching and learning environment.
