Complete air-conditioning design for ground floor of the Open University’s South West Regional Centre in Bristol. The building was occupied throughout. The offices use heat recovery ventilation units concealed in the office ceiling void.

32 Brook Street, Mayfair
Air-conditioning design as part of refurbishment of office premises in the heart of London’s Mayfair. The rooftop outdoor units were carefully located to be invisible from the surrounding buildings.
Water Eaton Health Centre, Milton Keynes
Complete refurbishment of a 1960s health clinic including the upgrading and provision of new surgeries, a multi-functional meeting room, dental surgery, upgraded patient and staff facilities. We provided the performance specification and outline design for the mechanical and electrical services installation, which was carried out as a design and build project.
Centrepoint – Oxford Street, London
Centre Point is located at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road in central London. The 36 storey building is well over 100m high and was built towards the end of the 1960s. In the last few years much of the building has been refurbished floor by floor. We designed the air-conditioning and ventilation systems for most of these refurbished floors and designed major changes to the main plant located in the rooftop plant room.
The Kingsway, Bedford
The Kingsway is a new building near the centre of Bedford. It comprises 27 flats in a five storey block, and 6 flats in a three storey block. We designed the main incoming service routes, electrical services in common areas, outside lighting, fire alarm and door entry systems.
Amadeus and Aeolian Office Blocks, Heathrow
This project was to refurbish two large three storey office blocks. The project is adjacent to the entrance to Heathrow Airport. The building is fully air-conditioned using large VRF systems and fresh air ventilation and finished to a very high specification. We designed all of the building services in association with Lamorbey Associates.
The Open University, Perry Building, Walton Hall, Milton Keynes
Complete air-conditioning and ventilation design for the Perry Building, a large refurbishment project to convert the original OU/BBC production centre to office accommodation and laboratory facilities. Design of services for the new laboratories included laboratory gas supplies and vacuum and compressed air.
Great West Plaza, Brentford, West London
Landlord’s base build refurbishment of four large existing office units totalling 6,050 sq m. We provided the full mechanical design which included VRF air-conditioning, ventilation and water services. This project was designed in association with Lamorbey Associates.

We have assisted Wellingborough School on many projects over the years. These include designs for the provision 
of a new gas ring main, major modifications to the services in the laboratory block, total mechanical and electrical design for the construction of the new Junior School building and many more projects.
