Complete mechanical and public health services design for this new, purpose built care centre. The centre has 84 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, and various ancillary rooms including kitchen, laundry, lounges, dining rooms, activities suite, therapy rooms, specialist assisted bathrooms, staff accommodation and offices. The services are designed to be as efficient and reliable as possible, with duplicate plant and building management control systems. Okeley uses a multi-zone heating system which is weather compensated to ensure that overheating doesn’t occur and that all areas are kept warm and comfortable.

As well as a large temple area, the building includes several ancillary areas.
