The comprehensive refurbishment and extension of a 1970s building to create a contemporary office environment with views across the Brayford Pool. The project included an extension at fourth floor level and a new entrance and additional ground floor reception area. We designed the base-build mechanical services installation for this building, which included mixed-mode air-conditioning, heating and water services including solar hot water. The design facilitates a low-energy use of the building.
